New Cape Cod Blog about everyday activities, restaurants, shows, kids ideas and more!
Hello to all my Lovers of Cape Cod, Massachusetts!
My name is Daniel Neske a Realtor with William Raveis Real Estate in Yarmouthport, Cape Cod. I have been living on the Cape since 2002 and a Realtor since 2004. However, my Grandmother moved to Yarmouth in 1981 and have spent a lot of time here. I have a lovely wife who is a teacher in Sandwich and 2 lovely daughters Olivia and Sophia 2 and 4 years old. I spend 2 days watching my girls and try to do fun activities with them across Cape Cod. As a Cape Cod Real Estate Agent dealing in mostly investment property and rental properties I have a lot of out of town real estate clients who are always asking for advice on where to eat, what to do with the kids, the best place to fish, kayak etc. I am very active and have a lot of hobbies. I love to explore all Cape Cod has to offer and love to try new restaurants, playgrounds, fishing spots etc. I thought since I experience a lot of great things to do on Cape Cod, Ma I would share my experiences and be able to offer some local knowledge on cool spots to visit when you move or vacation here. This blog will share all sorts of Cape Cod experiences with you.
Let's start with my past couple of days and will build from there. Some posts will be short or long depending on what is going on. This past week I had to travel to Falmouth, Ma to check on a real estate property of mine for sale located on 54 South Road, Falmouth. I decided to take the family because I remembered how awesome the playground was in downtown Falmouth. Falmouth, Cape Cod is an awesome downtown with tons of fabulous restaurants, bars, tea rooms and cool shopping. It is probably one of the largest downtown areas on the Cape. The playground is one of the coolest around in my opinion. It has pirate ships, climbing walls and cool slides and places to hide. The girls always have a blast. It is a great size playground and has a kiddie section for the munchkins too.
After the playground we were a bit hungry so visited Simply Divine Pizza, http://www.divinepizza.com. They were very kid friendly and gave us coloring stuff for the kids. We had a hummus app and had some pizzas. The pizzas were so good and would highly recommend them.
We also took a drive to Woods Hole and drove around the waterfront streets enjoying the scenery. We even ran into an impromptu new years neighborhood parade!
That is all for now but will be updating as often as I can. Stay tuned and anything I can do to help on the Real Estate front please check out my website at danneske.raveis.com for more about me and to do free property searches. Happy New Year!
