Hello to all my Lovers of Cape Cod, Massachusetts! My name is Daniel Neske a Realtor with William Raveis Real Estate in Yarmouthport, Cape Cod. I have been living on the Cape since 2002 and a Realtor since 2004. However, my Grandmother moved to Yarmouth in 1981 and have spent a lot of time here. I have a lovely wife who is a teacher in Sandwich and 2 lovely daughters Olivia and Sophia 2 and 4 years old. I spend 2 days watching my girls and try to do fun activities with them across Cape Cod. As a Cape Cod Real Estate Agent dealing in mostly investment property and rental properties I have a lot of out of town real estate clients who are always asking for advice on where to eat, what to do with the kids, the best place to fish, kayak etc. I am very active and have a lot of hobbies.
